Truman Lake Tournament Report

1st Place

Greg Nicks 22.58lbs $3800

Greg rotated between 4 spots, in anywhere from 5 to 10 ft of water on a 5/8 oz motion fishing jig and a stand up half ounce shaky head with a big worm, going through several keepers to slam down 22.58 on the scales

2nd Place

2nd Levi Evans 16.80lbs $2620

After a horrible practice, he decided to just go fishing and was able to catch 3 fish on a spinner bait. Once the sun got high, Levi picked up his D bomb and caught 4 more keepers to bring him his 16.80

3rd Place

3rd Ed Phillips 16.28lbs @ Big Bass 5.89lbs $1500 + $810 = $2310

He ran up the Osage with a square bill, and after losing 3 keepers in a row, he picked up a Carolina rig and stayed just outside the bushes to catch 3 keepers.
